Troubleshooting
Resolve missing inputs, inaccessible pages, stalled runs and unexpected results.

Start with the saved state of the task. Repeated submissions can create new work and charges.

Data connection errors
Use the connector-specific instructions for authorization, scopes and syncing. Revoking access in the provider does not delete an iMario copy. See Connect a data system and Feishu.
Individual tool errors
Check the skill assignment and account connection. A pending approval is not a failed tool call. Inspect the proposed action and its result before retrying. See Agent Skills.
Ask for help
Send the workspace, task, time, error and steps to reproduce to Support. Include what you expected and what happened. Do not include passwords, API keys or connector secrets.
