Data and Privacy
Understand workspace data, connected sources, retention and safe sharing.
Workspace data includes audiences, source evidence, task materials, research results, reports and connection credentials or tokens. This page explains the controls available in iMario for workspace data, access, removal and exports.
Who can access workspace data
Use workspace roles and item-sharing controls to manage who can view or edit workspace content. Review these controls before sharing research, audiences, materials or results with other people in the workspace.
Connected data
Connectors read only the scopes and records described in their setup guide. Review the selected account, region, permissions and imported records before creating an audience.
Revoke provider authorization
Revoke authorization in the provider's installed-apps settings when you no longer want iMario to access it. Revoking authorization stops future syncs; it does not remove data that you already imported, used in a task or saved as evidence in iMario.
Remove a source in iMario
Open the audience, find the connected source and remove it when you no longer need the iMario copy. Removing the source does not revoke provider authorization; revoke authorization in the provider's installed-apps settings as well when both actions are needed.
See Connect a data system and the relevant connection guide for connector-specific behavior.
Sharing and exports
Check the audience, task, report scope and link access before sharing. Exported files remain with their recipients after a workspace link is revoked. Do not include passwords, API keys, connector secrets or unnecessary personal data in a support request.
Questions and requests
For deletion, retention, access or export questions, review the workspace controls and contact Support with the workspace and affected resource, without sending secrets.
