September 9, 2026: Current workflow rewrite
The manual has been reorganized around New Task, audience selection, research methods, result exploration and reports.
- Added guides for single questions, surveys, interviews, focus groups, preferences, creative tests and URL feedback.
- Separated audience evidence, Library materials and individual knowledge.
- Replaced old package limits and charges with the current credit-metered model.
- Added Explorer, report scope and regeneration explanations.
- Identified older canvas, Solo and Studio instructions separately from the default workflow.
Historical product launch stories remain available in the blog. See Older workflows if an earlier tutorial uses different controls.
September 10, 2026 and later: Manual expansion
- Added dedicated guidance for audience creation from iMario, audience connections, questionnaire building, research mechanics and Validate with real world data.
- Added workspace settings, data and privacy, MCP tools and audience-comparison playbooks.
- Expanded Explorer, reports, workspace roles, audience updates, pricing, FAQ and troubleshooting guidance.
- Reframed respondent chat as a follow-up from a completed result rather than a separate individual workflow.
