Connect Google Forms

Use Google Forms when survey responses describe the audience you want to study. A response sheet can establish attributes or evidence for known people; it does not automatically represent every respondent in the same way.

Connect a form

1. Open Audience, start a new audience and choose From your data.
2. Choose Connect Google Forms and sign in to the intended account.
3. Select the form or response source to import.
4. Review the questions, response columns, identifiers and source date.
5. Resolve field roles before confirming the audience.

Preserve the question wording and response options when interpreting imported answers. Use a stable identifier when combining Forms responses with customer records. See Build an Audience from Your Data.

Review and disconnect

Check coverage, example people and the resulting audience definition before running a task. Remove the source from the audience or revoke the provider authorization when it should no longer be available. See Data and privacy.
