Individual Sources
Understand current audience creation and source-specific individual workflows.
For a new research audience, start in Audience and choose Create New. The current page offers From your data and From iMario. It does not use the old homepage Audience/Solo dropdown.
Create the audience you need
Use your data for customer records and evidence. Use From iMario to describe a segment within an existing population. Select an available audience directly in New Task when it fits.

Name the audience and select From your data.
Existing individual workflows
Some saved conversations and assets use LinkedIn imports or personality assessments. Their cards and pages differ from default audience creation.
- LinkedIn source: professional background and available public material.
- Personality assessment: information supplied in an assessment conversation.
If an older guide directs you to a Solo dropdown you cannot find, use current audience creation or ask support about the source-specific entry available to your workspace.
The old 20-credit creation charge is retired. Study and chat usage follow current pricing.
Connect evidence
For ongoing grounding, use Connect a data system, including Feishu. These add audience evidence; they are not action skills.
