Connect Agent Skills
Extend a synthetic individual beyond conversation — give them the ability to actually do things.
Conversation is useful. Action is more useful.
By default, a synthetic individual can discuss, react, evaluate, and respond. Agent Skills extend what they can actually do — turning a passive research subject into an active participant in structured workflows.
This matters when your research question isn't just "what do you think" but "what would you do." A synthetic individual with the right Agent Skills can walk through a process, apply specialized logic, or interact with a defined workflow — producing outputs that go beyond qualitative insight.
To connect a skill:
- Open the individual's profile and go to Capabilities
- Find the Skills row and click Connect
- Select the Skill you want to attach
- Click Save
Extend what an individual can do beyond conversation. Examples:
- Execute structured tasks
- Apply specialized reasoning or logic
- Interact with defined workflows
Use Agent Skills when you need your individuals to do something, not just say something.
