# Troubleshooting

Start with the saved state of the task. Repeated submissions can create new work and charges.

| Run action unavailable | Incomplete template slots, pending uploads, missing instrument or stimulus | Finish the task inputs before submitting |
| No audience selected | The composer audience selector | Choose an accessible audience |
| An audience is locked | Access package and workspace | Select an available audience or review the unlock offer |
| Uploaded customer data cannot build an audience | Processing status, source roles and field matching | Reopen Review & Create |
| Page preview fails or shows a login | Public accessibility and rendered content | Use a suitable public page or a clearly labelled screenshot |
| Run looks stalled | Saved task status after reopening | Avoid resubmitting until you know whether it started |
| Answers miss the question | Actual question, audience and stimulus | Correct the setup before a new run |
| Explorer group is empty | Answer and trait filters | Clear or remove filters and inspect count |
| Report unavailable | Included runs completed and credits available | Inspect the report card or generation error |
| Unexpected charge | Transaction time, scope and prior retries | Compare Usage with the saved run and contact support |

## Data connection errors

Use the connector-specific instructions for authorization, scopes and syncing. Revoking access in the provider does not delete an iMario copy.
